Our client is a mid-sized established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they have seen positive growth for the department again this year after significant growth in recent years. They have a diverse caseload, with a sense of community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and developing as a team and company.

Having worked with this client for a number of years, I have seen them progress, develop, and support a wide range of employees at varying levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is pivotal in sustaining the success but also allowing for further growth through strong technical ability.

Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold work, you will need to be confident in managing your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as working with minimal supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages, and new builds would be advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offers a hybrid working structure: 2 days in the office.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a conveyancing role, managing your own caseload
  • Strong technical ability and procedural knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work using your own initiative
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills
