Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work, and property finance.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documents.

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering pragmatic legal advice.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, able to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Resilient, results-focused, and commercially aware approach to resolving legal issues for clients.
