My client, based in the London area, are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-established residential property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. This is a client-facing role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions within a supportive firm that values professional development, collaborative working and high standards of service. Key responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
- Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
Key skills and experience required:
- Qualified solicitor, minimum 5 years PQE proven experience in residential conveyancing, running a varied caseload independently.
