Commercial Property Solicitor - Fully Remote (Permanent) in Leeds

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded commercial property solicitor/fee earner to join our client's commercial property team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, providing high‑quality legal advice and transactional support to clients across sectors. You will join a collaborative team with investment in systems and training and clear opportunities for career development .Act for landlords, tenants, investors and developers on a range of commercial property transactions, including leases (grants, renewals, surrenders and assignments), sales, purchases and property investment matters .Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases, licences, deeds and ancillary documentation, ensuring documents reflect commercial objectives and risk is managed appropriately .Liaise with clients, surveyors, lenders, local authorities and other third parties to obtain information, progress matters and coordinate completions .Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients on strategy, risk allocation and commercial implications of transactions .Strong technical knowledge of buying/selling, commercial leases, landlord and tenant law, conveyancing and property due diligence .Proven experience of drafting and negotiating commercial documentation and handling complex transactions to completion .
