We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Researcher and support senior search work at the highest level. You’ll be involved in:
- Mapping markets and identifying top executive talent
- Supporting live CEO/CFO search projects from start to finish
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Developing and managing our database
- Supporting our digital and marketing activity
You’ll work closely with our senior team and learn directly from consultants with 20+ years’ experience in executive search. There’s a clear path to progress into a Consultant role for the right person.
