We have been retained by a market-leading engineering surveying business to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to lead and develop the company’s commercial function. The business has 250+ employees across 16 offices, strong organic growth and private equity backing to support further expansion. This role is about taking that platform and building a more structured, scalable commercial engine to support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales leadership and team development
  • Key account growth and Account-Based Marketing
  • Bid and tender performance
  • CRM, pipeline management and commercial reporting

You will spend the majority of your time leading and coaching the team, alongside supporting key opportunities and strategic accounts.
