Recruitment Researcher (Graduate Opportunity)

Solihull / Birmingham border | Full-time | Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Mallory Partners is a specialist executive search firm working with private equity-backed and high-growth businesses to appoint board-level leaders (CEO, CFO, CRO) and non-executives (NED, Chair).

Responsibilities

  • Mapping markets and identifying top executive talent
  • Supporting live CEO/CFO search projects from start to finish
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Developing and managing our database
  • Supporting our digital and marketing activity

Opportunity

You’ll work closely with our senior team and learn directly from consultants with 20+ years’ experience in executive search. There’s a clear path to progress into a Consultant role for the right person.
