An investor-backed international risk services business is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team during a pivotal period of growth and value creation. The business has delivered significant organic and acquisitive growth over recent years and is now preparing for its next phase of development, including a future shareholder event.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, investors and lenders, the CFO will play a central role in shaping strategy, professionalising the finance function and driving commercial performance across a complex international organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering the Board and executive team on strategy, value creation and performance improvement initiatives
- Leading finance transformation across people, processes, systems and reporting
- Driving financial planning, analysis, cash management, treasury and tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting M&A activity, integration and post-acquisition value realisation
- Building scalable reporting, controls and governance to support continued growth
