Private Equity–Backed | Multi-Site Services Platform

Mallory Partners is retained to appoint a Chief Executive Officer for a high-quality, private equity–backed multi-site services business entering a significant phase of UK and Ireland expansion.

The business has a proven operating model, a strong reputation for service quality and customer trust, and clear differentiation in how it engages and retains underserved customer segments. Having successfully scaled in its core market, the platform is now executing an ambitious growth strategy combining acquisitions, greenfield rollout and operational scale-up.

The Role

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead the next phase of value creation, with full responsibility for strategy, performance and culture. Key priorities include:

• Executing a rapid, disciplined growth plan across a multi-site and mobile services network
• Leading acquisition and integration activity in a buy-and-build environment
• Building scalable operating, digital and data capabilities to support national growth
• Developing a high-performing executive team and strong leadership bench
• Maintaining a premium, customer‑centric proposition while scaling at pace

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a credible, hands‑on leader with experience building and scaling complex service platforms in a private equity context. You are likely to be a CEO, COO or Divisional MD with:

• A track record of leading PE‑backed, multi‑site services businesses at scale (typically £10m+ EBITDA)
• Strong operational and commercial acumen in utilisation‑ or capacity‑led environments
• Proven experience delivering growth through acquisition, integration and organic expansion
• A data‑led, modern leadership style with the pace and resilience to operate in high‑growth settings

Relevant backgrounds may include multi‑site consumer or B2B services such as healthcare, hospitality, facilities, logistics, or automotive services.
