What you’ll be doing?

As Spa Receptionist, you will ensure our customers feel welcome and at ease the moment they come through the door. Whether they visit the gym, are a regular spa guest, or have a day/stay of relaxation and spa pampering planned, it’s your warm and friendly greeting that sets the tone for our customer's experience. You’ll take treatment bookings and payments, answer membership and treatment enquiries, and work closely with the therapy team to ensure a busy day runs like clockwork in our spa. You’ll also support your manager to maximise revenue through proactive product sales and careful treatment diary management. You will provide information on hotel services and most importantly, as their host, make our guests feel welcome and help them unwind during their stay.

What you’ll need?

  • To be well presented, confident and have natural people skills
  • To be tech savvy with the ability to manage bookings within our 'prem spa' booking engine
  • Ideally, you will have direct experience within a hotel or spa environment, however, more important is your ability to provide great service and build rapport with guests
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including regular weekends and bank holidays.
