What you'll be doing?
As a Conference Porter, main responsibilities will include:
- To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standards
- Ensure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentable
- To meet and greet guests upon arrival
- To service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standards
- Clean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next function
- Ensure all equipment is kept in a safe and tidy condition
- To direct guests to areas of the hotel
- To ensure guests are helped at all times
