What you’ll be doing?
As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Your role involves working closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing bills. Strong computer skills and personal skills are essential.
This is a part-time role, based on a 16-hour contract across 2 days.
