What You\’ll Do:

Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to the individual needs of each client
Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare
Work closely with the optometrists and retail team to ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest products, lens technology, and fashion trends
Contribute to the day-to-day operations and success of the practice

What We\’re Looking For:

GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
A passion for eyewear, style, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Previous experience in a high-end or independent optical environment is desirable
