As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and confident Property Valuer to become a key part of our team. The Role:
- You will be responsible for generating and converting valuation opportunities, advising homeowners on pricing and marketing strategies, and preparing properties for launch.
- This is primarily a client-facing role focused on:
- Winning new business
- Conducting accurate market appraisals
- Building trust with vendors
- Representing the company professionally both in person and online
- You will also play a visible role in our marketing approach by appearing in property video tours and social media content. Confidence on camera and strong presentation skills are therefore essential.
- Once a property is listed, the negotiation and sales progression process is handled by our office team, allowing you to focus on valuations, client relationships, and business generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals
- Generate and win new instructions
- Advise vendors on pricing strategy and market positioning
- Deliver professional and persuasive valuation presentations

Property Marketing & Launches:
- Prepare properties for market launch

Viewings & Client Service:
- Carry out accompanied viewings where required

- Previous experience within estate agency, residential sales, or property valuations
