Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and creative **Full-Time Florist** to join our busy high-street flower shop. The role involves creating beautiful floral designs, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the shop.
Key Responsibilities
* Create hand-tied bouquets, arrangements and bespoke floral designs
* Prepare and condition flowers to a high standard
* Serve customers in-store and by telephone, taking orders accurately
* Assist with weddings, events and funeral flowers
* Receive and check flower deliveries
* Maintain a clean, organised and attractive shop
* Support the team during busy seasonal periods
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous floristry experience
* Confident creating hand-tied bouquets
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience with weddings or events
* Good knowledge of flowers and seasonal availability
Working Hours
Full time, including some Saturdays and peak seasonal periods.
