Responsibilities
- Working in a busy workshop to assemble cabins for production.
- Operating power and manual tools.
- Reading engineering drawings and producing high-quality products to exact specifications.
- Working to set production targets.
- Ability to safely move production parts.
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance to all general site rules, regulations, policies & procedures.
- Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs.
- Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Adherence to company health and safety procedures.
Qualifications – Essential
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Previous experience in a production-based role within an engineering capacity.
- Able to use a wide range of carpentry/woodwork tools.
- Proven literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective communication of problems/issues with all team members.
- Compliance with quality regulations & standards, attention to detail.
- Available to work flexible hours when required with notice.
- Previous joinery experience.
