Full job description Main Duties and Responsibilities Reading and understanding engineering drawings Working with hand and power tools, panel saws etc Working to set production targets Ability to safely move production parts Carry out routine maintenance and calibration of machines Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations, Policies & Procedures. Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs. Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality management system. Adherence to company health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and tidy works area Experience & Training Essential Previous experience working in a joinery workshop. Will have a sound joinery background and experience of working with hand and power tools, panel saws etc Have experience of working with other tradesmen and will have a good general joinery background Desirable Has previous experience in similar role within a manufacturing industry Competencies Able to communicate problems/issues at all team members Ability to work on their own or as part of their team Ability to adjust to change e.g. job machine/process Ability to fault find, trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve issues Comply with quality regulations & standards, attention to detail Miscellaneous Candidate should be available to work flexible hours when required with notice Desirable to have clean current driving license Other Info Job Types: Permanent Schedule: Monday β Friday Work authorisation: United Kingdom To Apply Please forward your CV via the APPLY Now button below.
