The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products to a high standard ahead of the painting process.
  • Carry out basic quality control checks.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy works area and ensure the safe operation of machinery within your area.
  • Prepare and mix paint and primers to the correct consistency before use.
  • Application and finish of paint using air-assisted spraying equipment.
  • Paint parts to a high quality.
  • Work with single and 2 pack paint.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks of the spray gun and all paint equipment.
  • Perform manual handling duties.
  • Work in a team-based environment on a busy assembly line manufacturing ground support equipment.
  • Work to set production targets and safely move production parts.

Role Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in an automotive workshop environment, but this is not essential.
  • Candidates must have experience of spray painting, removing decals, and small touch-ups.
