Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger, or similar transactional finance role.
  • Strong working knowledge of purchase ledger, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation.
  • Confident communicator with a helpful and professional approach.
  • Comfortable using financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using NetSuite or another ERP/accounting system would be beneficial.
  • AAT qualification, or equivalent practical experience, would be advantageous but is not essential.
