Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day breakfast and brunch kitchen operations..
- Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes..
- Develop seasonal specials and introduce fresh menu ideas..
- Support the recruitment, training and mentoring of kitchen team members..
- Organise food preparation, kitchen service and daily operations..
- Manage stock ordering, portion control, food waste and kitchen costs..
- Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene and health and safety standards..
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods..
- Work closely with management to develop the food offering and support business growth..
About You
- Solid experience in breakfast and brunch kitchens..
- Strong leadership and organisational skills..
- Confidence working in a busy kitchen environment..
- Knowledge of modern brunch trends and menu development..
- A genuine passion for food, creativity and high standards..
- A collaborative approach and a desire to develop a successful kitchen team..
