Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, ensuring the alignment of HR strategy with business goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
