Overview
Location: Grey Street Hotel
Hours: Night shifts (e.g., 11pm–7am). Full and Part-Time available including weekends.
Are you a calm, responsible individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, even in the quietest hours? We are looking for a Night Porter/Auditor to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of the hotel overnight.
Located on Grey Street in Newcastle City Centre, our stunning 49 bedroom Boutique hotel offers luxurious accommodation for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with late check-ins and early check-outs.
- Maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of the hotel during the night.
- Supporting with light cleaning duties and conducting regular floor and security checks.
- Handling guest enquiries or requests professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not essential, but you should be friendly, calm and professional with basic computer skills and the ability to work alone.
