Compliance Auditor
Hours: Full time (36.25 hours per week)
Term: 6 months initially
Salary: £23,015.85 per annum

Position Reports To: Head of Sponsorship and Employee Compliance

Knowledge of UK employment law would be beneficial, but not essential. This role is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Main Job Purpose & Scope:
This role will be responsible for verifying and maintaining up-to-date records in alignment with UK employment legislation and internal standards. This will also involve completing audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all resident and employee files at our Care Homes and our leisure sites.
This role will also include:
- Conducting regular and ad hoc audits of all sites with a specific emphasis on sponsored employee documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and data protection.
- Generating comprehensive audit reports detailing any discrepancies, missing documents, and data inaccuracies.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have some experience of auditing.
- Work proficiently with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive matters and have exceptional organisational skills.
- Comply with the Group's Policies and Procedures and adhere to professional standards while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, taking clear ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with diligence and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within the HR and Legal teams to achieve audit objectives.
- Travel is a requirement of this role. A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
