We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, engaging and committed to ensuring every child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and achieve their best. The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards this), and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision. Experience of supporting pupils with SEND and delivering interventions would be desirable.
