The team at Malet Lambert School are looking for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people to join our established team of Teaching Assistants who play a vital role in supporting and assisting the teaching, learning and care of the young people within our school.

The working hours are from 8:30am to 15:15pm Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 30 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development outside of your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be £17,818.85 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be.

The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a level 2 TA qualification (or willingness to work towards) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
