The Maldron Hotel Brighton hosts 225 bedrooms, restaurant, bar, meeting & events spaces as well as a dry gym. We\’re looking for an established Night Manager, Night Auditor or Night Porter ready to take the next step in their career.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Night Manager located in Brighton. The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of the hotel. Key duties include supervising night staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest queries and issues, conducting security checks, and managing nightly financial audits. The Assistant Night Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain seamless communication with the day staff to ensure consistency in service.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management and night operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
