Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job:
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
- General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
- Served guests with food and beverage.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience is essential.
- Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
- Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros experience would be preferable.
- Experience in a hotel is preferable.
