Maldon Salt Ltd is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to own the demand planning and forecasting process. You will translate commercial intelligence, seasonality, promotions and new product activity into an agreed demand plan, working with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and inform supply plans.
The role supports the S&OP cycle, provides foresight on risks and opportunities, and maintains an audit trail of assumptions and decisions.
