The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Health Integration and Wellbeing officer to lead our Health Integration and Wellbeing strategies and partnerships, securing funding and maximising health assets across the district to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for our residents.
This role requires a strong understanding of National health strategies, the MSE NHS ICB, Mid Essex Alliance, Livewell partnership and the One Maldon District Partnership. Relationship management and an excellent understanding of health challenges and infrastructure are key to help improve quality of life in the district and vital health and wellbeing outcomes.
This is a highly visible role that is both strategic and hands-on. It requires a pragmatic understanding of helping to enable a whole system approach through effective communities of practice, managing a small team that engages with a large network of passionate people.
As well as bringing partners together, you will also engage with our elected members and staff to ensure we continue to tackle the challenges in the district and maximise opportunities together.
We are looking for someone with an Asset Based Community Development mindset who thrives on securing Health and Wellbeing funding and taking partnership action plans through to delivery of projects and initiatives.
If you are great at forging positive relationships, managing programmes, analysing health data, identifying priorities, and have experience in achieving health outcomes for communities, then this job is a fantastic opportunity for you.
This role offers hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office 2 days per week. Travel to meetings is also required.
