Malcolm Arnold Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader to support the Pastoral and SLT teams in raising achievement and behaviour across the academy.
You will promote a sense of identity within year groups and encourage belonging across the school.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with responsibilities including attendance, safeguarding, liaison with parents and agencies, and contributing to pastoral reporting and support plans.
