The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Working in a small team to provide outstanding customer service as well as processing domestic and international shipments, and operational duties as needed or directed by Management.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing shipment bookings from customers
- Process and monitor Malca-Express bookings, including bookings, follow-ups, tracking requests, mis scans, account management and investigations on lost in transit parcels
- Ensure adequate office supplies for shipping at all times
- Effectively liaising with our internal Operations and Sales departments
- Liaising with subcontractors and other visitors
- Effectively liaising with FedEx or other MAEX partners
- Managing a high volume of emails and phone calls
- Physically handling and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Handling and distributing letters and cheques
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Identify and pass on sales opportunities for new and existing clients to Sales Team
- Educating new and existing clients on Malca-Amit history, services and rates
- Educate and train new and existing clients on MyMalca and MAEX, both in person and remotely
- Providing customer service in person
- To actively communicate with customers to ensure they are made aware of any delays or issues with shipments
- To cover for team members during absence and encourage team working
- Proactively recommend improvements, which contribute to improved customer service and team effectiveness
