Fauna & Flora is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Programme Finance Officer to provide administrative support to the Eurasia Programme, and to ensure the timeliness, quality and effectiveness of its financial management, assisting the Eurasia team to produce, manage and report against programme and project budgets and to strengthen fundraising and administration of projects. Fluency in English is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Eurasia Programme and ensure the timeliness, quality and effectiveness of its financial management.
- Assist the Eurasia team to produce, manage and report against programme and project budgets.
- Strengthen fundraising and administration of projects.
- Support Programme Managers and the Finance Business Partner in solving finance problems and ensuring up-to-date and accurate financial reports.
- Respond swiftly to changing organisational and team needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar finance and administration role.
- Excellent budgeting and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive organisational relationships.
- Ability to respond in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Fluency in English is essential.

Our offices are located in The David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge, just a few minutes’ walk from historic buildings and museums, the River Cam, central market and shopping centre, and a host of cafés and restaurants.
