The Human Capital Associate role based in London is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving strategic human resources initiatives across the United Kingdom and Europe (UK & EUR), with a specific focus on manpower planning, human capital administration, and payroll. Key Accountabilities, Qualifications & Area of Experience
- Strategic HR Partnership: Assist the Head of Human Capital – UK & EUR in executing regional strategy, providing actionable counsel to business partners, and ensuring HR initiatives align with Group goals regarding profitability, customer experience, and people development. Synthesize workforce data into high‑level reports for stakeholder meetings to drive informed strategic decision‑making.
- Talent & Administrative Operations: Manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and off‑boarding, to ensure a high‑quality candidate and employee experience. Oversee regional administrative functions, including health and safety coordination, resource provisioning, and secure maintenance of personnel records. Ensure full compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR) throughout all administrative processes.
- Payroll & Compliance Management: Lead the monthly payroll cycle for UK & EUR operations, ensuring precision in wage calculations, tax reporting, and statutory deductions. Act as the primary liaison with external payroll providers to address discrepancies, manage fiscal year‑end processes, and submit regulatory documentation. Monitor evolving labour laws and payroll regulations across the UK & EUR to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
