Role Purpose: This position is accountable to plan, manage and organise the execution of key initiatives associated with the Human Capital (HC) such as manpower planning, resource management, performance management, talent management, learning & development, disciplinary management and union management in delivering a sustainable employee experience and human capital service delivery across operations in UK & Europe.
Key Accountability:
- Institutionalise and elevate Malaysia Airlines values in the business through direct and indirect engagement with the management team and employees.
- Be a catalyst of change and provide insights in people-related matters and drive the execution of culture & engagement initiatives at the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to the employees in matters related to grievances and managing self well-being by recommending the appropriate channels & platform, coordinating the execution of relevant interventions as provided by the Company and highlighting the areas of concern to the BUs or authorised parties for required escalations.
- Provide advice and guidance to the Management in relation to the labour law requirements in the region.
- Manage and execute payroll and recruitment processes within Region.
- Provide effective guidance and support to employees in matters of grievances, performance matters, disputes, and other HC matters.
- Communicate with team members to generate their buy-in to the organisation's direction and purpose.
- General HC Administration within Region, including digital filing, data maintenance, related insurance renewals, assistance with property related matters etc.
Qualifications & Working Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with minimum 5 Years experience as a Generalist/Human Capital Business Partner.
- CIPD Certification preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
