Manager, Marketing – UK & Europe

Report To

Senior Manager, Western Region International Marketing

Position Summary

Accountable for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in the United Kingdom and Europe. Responsible for driving business growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing market leadership as part of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure success.
  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives, KPIs, and targets.
  • Create and implement annual marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Drive strategic business partnerships, ensuring their continuity and measuring their impact.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Design effective marketing campaigns with clear objectives, target audience, budgets, and performance metrics, including post-campaign reviews.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to improve processes and ensure adherence for successful campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including creative, digital, media, social media, PR, and corporate communication teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change through various campaigns.
  • Monitor performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and work closely with local agencies to optimize results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or aviation industries.

Area of Expertise

  • Proficient in developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies.
  • Experience in digital performance marketing, including planning and execution, with familiarity in digital advertising platforms.
  • Skilled in planning across all consumer touchpoints, understanding both traditional and digital channels.
  • Knowledge of the full consumer funnel and digital campaign optimization.
  • Understanding of digital metrics such as CPM, CPV, CPL, CR, ER, and viewability, and the factors influencing performance.
