Fleet Operations Overview

Role Purpose: Senior Executive should execute duties assigned by Fleet Captains and Manager Flight Operations Engineering. Such duties are within responsibilities of Fleet Operations Department.

Key Accountability:

  • To participate and uphold the safety and security policies and procedures in line with Flight Operations objectives.
  • Ensure that all Voyage Reports from Flight Crew are distributed to the respective BUs and responded in a timely manner.
  • Support Chief Pilot Fleet Operations and Fleet Captains in departmental budget estimation.
  • Support Fleet Captains in ensuring all documents for charter approval are prepared and granted by CAAM in a timely manner.
  • Organize Fleet Operations townhall or other meetings planned by Fleet Operations Department.
  • Write and record keeping of meeting minutes for meetings organized by Fleet Operations Department.
  • Participate in Manual Coordination Meetings to upkeep all Fleet Operations documentation.
  • Provide recommendation of any enhancement on the existing process of Fleet Operations Department.
  • Ensure Non-Airport Pass Holder background checks are monitored and vetted.
  • Ensure line operations efficiency.
  • Keep track of all the required meetings.
  • Such other duties assigned by Chief Pilot Fleet Operations.

Qualifications & Working Experience:

  • Degree holder of any related field, or diploma holder with minimum 3 years of experience in airlines industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess basic knowledge of airlines operations.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and any associated requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, with strong responsibility and time management skills.
  • Possess basic knowledge of airline operations.

Personality Traits:

  • Cross-divisional initiatives and relations.
  • Adapting to change in Rules and Regulation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with knowledge in technical development of the aircraft.
