Commercial Sales Support

Role Purpose

This role ensures the seamless operation of the sales support process, with primary focus on post-sales support. Responsibilities include managing customer databases, addressing customer inquiries, and providing vital administrative support to the sales team.

Key Accountability

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, share information about products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments in headquarters to deliver a seamless customer experience, from first customer touchpoint through delivery and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and share actionable insights with the sales team.
  • Provide any additional support as required.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an airline or travel industry sales support role.
