Position Summary
We are searching for a Leisure Account Manager based in London with a background in the airline industry. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering partnerships within the leisure travel sector. This individual will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery to leisure travel partners and customers. Responsibilities include cultivating and sustaining relationships with leisure travel agent partners and new leisure segments such as Student and Cruise, with a focus on driving sales revenue.

Key Accountability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive leisure travel revenue growth in alignment with the airline’s business objectives.
- Drive the company CSP’s in relation to new leisure segments consisting of student and cruise.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of tour operators, consolidators, OTA’s and VFR agents, balancing existing client needs while seeking new opportunities.
- Grow sales within assigned leisure accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting benefits and features.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from inquiry to post‑sale support.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance data, provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, offering regular insights.
- Maintain a well‑managed sales pipeline, providing timely updates and identifying emerging opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in airline account management within a commercial airline, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Area Of Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
