Position: Head Chef (Pan‑Asian / Malaysian Cuisine)Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations.
- Lead, train and manage the kitchen team.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
- Control stock, ordering and prep management.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with owners on menu development and cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong wok experience.
- Background in Pan‑Asian or Southeast Asian cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to run a busy kitchen with high standards.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard.
