Responsibilities

Experience in a transaction advisory environment is compulsory.

• Pre- and Post-close services
• Opportunity evaluation
• Post close analytics
• Finance strategy
• Option evaluation and identification
• Closing
• Turnaround
• Restructuring
• Solvency.

Requirements:

• CA or CFA with 3+ years post articles experience
