We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual who will also support the bar service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in hospitality, has strong communication skills, and is able to provide excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
What will you do?
- Manage the hostel during the night shift.
- Handle guest check-ins and provide assistance when needed.
- Ensure guests comply with hostel and company policies.
- Monitor the property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Make sure only registered guests are inside the hostel after 11:00 PM.
- Respond to incidents, guest requests, and basic operational issues during the night.
- Support smooth daily operations and communicate relevant information to the management team.
What do we look for?
