What will you do?
- You will participate in the check-in/check-out functions of the guests, keeping the registration information correctly and assigning them their room/apartment.
- You will help with guest billing, as well as develop administrative and business functions in line with your job.
- You will be a source of information for guests on various topics such as advice on plans to do in the city, recommendations of restaurants, or means of transport.
- You will satisfy the requests of the guests, providing advance solutions that are unique and personal, and will attend to their complaints and claims, informing the superior to solve them.
- You will answer requests received by phone and/or email regarding the stay, reservations, or external partners who want to contact the team.
- Last but not least, you should show empathy and initiative in relation to the needs of the customers.
- Assist other departments if needed.
What do we look for?
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position.
- Management of hotel and reservations PMS.
- High level of English.
- Other languages will be valued.
