We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our direct mail marketing efforts, bringing fresh ideas and a strategic approach to this untapped channel. This role is an opportunity to build direct mail into a key part of our wider marketing strategy, working closely with creative, marketing, and data teams to enhance customer retention and long-term growth.

If you thrive in a hands-on environment and know how to make direct mail an impactful part of an omnichannel approach, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a direct mail strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and creative development to printing, mailing, and performance analysis.
  • Segment and personalise customer lists, ensuring targeted and relevant communication for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to align direct mail with broader customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor, test, and analyse campaign performance, using data-led insights to optimise effectiveness and improve ROI.
  • Integrate direct mail with digital and CRM strategies, ensuring a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including printers, mailing houses, and fulfilment providers, to ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in direct mail marketing, including customer retention, catalogues, and promotional campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in printing, mailing, and distribution, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Strong background in list segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working in an omnichannel marketing environment, integrating direct mail with digital channels.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Experience collaborating across creative, marketing, and data teams to drive results.
  • Exposure to the US market or experience running international campaigns is a plus.
  • Based in Oxford or London, with on-site or hybrid availability.

If this sounds like an exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your CV to apply. We look forward to reviewing your application.
