We are hiring a Senior Management Accountant to join our in-house Finance team in the London office. This is a hands-on role supporting the company's financial operations and monthly reporting processes. You will work across multiple brands and business units, with exposure to manufacturing/co-manufacturing (multi-site), call centre and e-commerce in a fast-paced, growing company. Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Lead year-end audit process and support with statutory accounts preparation
- Support consolidated group reporting
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and COGS (Gross Margin) across all Brands units, including customer service and manufacturing via co-manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for all Group entities
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns for all entities.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on reporting
- Identify areas to improve financial processes and accuracy
- 5-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a similar, fast-paced accounting role
- Qualified or actively studying ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations with inventory and familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and senior management
- Experience with automation and implementing better, more efficient reporting tools.
- Experience in DTC, FMCG, Retail or a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to cost accounting, inventory and multi-entity reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems like XERO and Additional Support platforms
