We're hiring the very best data analysts to join our agile in-house team. To work on scaling advertising campaigns of some of the fastest growing consumer brands in Europe. You will get complete training on all aspects of the role by proficient and experienced media buyers. We believe in hiring for attitude plus aptitude, then training using the latest methodologies for skill.
What You'll Be Doing
- Launching and optimising social, native and search advertising campaigns
- Improve Conversion Rates across marketing funnels - multi-variant and A/B testing
- Design new funnels and analyze granular data using proprietary data warehouse
- Manage unlimited budget while staying profitable. Compensation is directly correlated to your personal campaign performance and paid monthly.
