What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the strategy, structure and success of the Meta department.
  • Designing, testing and scaling high-converting funnels across multiple brands, markets and products.
  • Deploying large, uncapped budgets within strict profitability targets.
  • Operating in a compensation model where meaningful commissions are paid monthly based on your and your team’s campaign performance.

What You’ll Need

  • A performance-obsessed mindset. You think in numbers first: ROAS, LTV and CAC.
  • Hands-on experience with DTC or ecommerce brands where revenue growth depended on your Meta decisions.
  • A track record of managing at least £5k/day in Meta spend while hitting clear KPIs.
  • Experience taking a product from zero to meaningful scale (i.e. launching, finding winners, then scaling hard).
  • A restless obsession for the latest platform changes, creative trends and competition moves. You actively test, not just read about it.
