Malaberg is a direct-to-consumer brand holding company, building and scaling brands in wellness, nutrition, and beauty. We have a large and engaged customer base, but we’ve never explored direct mail as a marketing channel—until now.

We’re looking for our first Direct Mail & Catalogue Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of this channel, leveraging our extensive customer lists to drive retention and growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and execute a direct mail strategy from the ground up, working closely with creative, marketing, and data teams to develop high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run direct mail campaigns, from letters and promotions to catalogues, keeping customers engaged and driving retention.
  • Manage send-outs, and oversee printing, mailing, and distribution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and segment mailing lists for better targeting and personalisation.
  • Ensure direct mail supports customer retention alongside digital channels.
  • Lead the creative and design process for letters, catalogues, and promotions, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Test, measure, and refine campaigns based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in direct mail marketing, including promotions, catalogues, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proven expertise in managing printing, mailing, and distribution processes to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
  • Strong background in list segmentation and database management, optimizing customer outreach through personalization.
  • Deep understanding of how direct mail contributes to customer retention and engagement.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience in concept development and execution, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to design high-impact mail campaigns.
  • Comfortable working with creative and marketing teams.
  • Based in Oxford or London, with on-site or hybrid availability.
