This remote role is ideal for qualified practitioners who hold an Independent Prescribing qualification and have experience in ADHD diagnostic assessment. You'll play a key role in supporting patients aged 17.5 and over on their ADHD journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote ADHD assessments for adults, using referral information and screening tools
- Initiate and titrate ADHD medication in line with national and local guidelines
- Complete holistic reviews to monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide specialist advice and support to empower patients in managing their condition
- Collaborate with Primary Care teams through Shared Care agreements
- Engage with partner organisations to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in independent ADHD diagnostic assessments
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Independent Prescriber for ADHD treatment
- Advanced understanding of adult ADHD and relevant clinical guidance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centred care and service excellence
- A private, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote consultations
- Willingness to travel occasionally for agreed face-to-face clinics
