Role Description
We are seeking a
Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer
or
Senior Paralegal
with a strong interest in
employment law
to join our growing legal team. This role focuses on supporting the legal team with employment law matters and undertaking ad hoc legal duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the General Counsel and wider legal team
• Advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Gain hands on exposure to Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Build relationships with clients in high value financial services sectors
• Support teams in countries where the Makor Group has a presence
Ideal Candidate:
• pre-or post-qualified experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Strong attention to detail in drafting contracts and legal documents
• Solid technical knowledge of employment law
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a high performing team on day to day contracts and other legal documents as and when required.
