Recruitment Process

At Mako, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. To support this, we have outlined what the recruitment process will look like, so you know what to expect at each stage:

  • Once you apply, we will send you an online test. Find a calm, distraction-free environment and complete it as soon as you can; this is your chance to show us your quick-thinking maths and problem-solving skills.
  • If you pass the test and fit the job profile, we will invite you to the next stage: completing a short task to showcase your interest in the role.
  • Successful candidates will then be invited to an assessment day. This will include a range of interactive activities spread across the day, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and meet the team.
  • If you are successful at the assessment day, we will invite you to a final-stage panel interview with our Senior Traders.
  • Offers will be made to successful candidates once all final interviews have been completed.
